Starting August 10th: Designing Sustainable Business Models Using Simulation Modelling

This training programme comes in eight 60 min. modules and runs two modules per week for a month (8 modules altogether). It is tailored to equip experts and managers with knowledge and skills on how to to design sustainable business models by applying: <br><br>1. Systems Mapping: Structured exploration of resources, capabilities, and system dynamics <br>2. System Simulation (Simulation Evaluation Tool): Simulation of alternative business models and strategies <br>3. Prospective Evaluation (Optimal Decision-Making &amp; Transformation): Selection and implementation of optimal configurations<br><br>The programme positions Systems Mapping, Simulation and Prospective Evaluation as an integrated strategic toolset that enables organizations to design, test, evaluate and implement sustainable business models by aligning resource configurations with adaptive capabilities, supporting robust and evidence-based decision-making under uncertainty. The whole programme (8 course modules) price is 350.00 EUR, while each course module can be bought for 50.00 EUR. Students can enroll for 150 EUR for the whole programme.<br><br>Software: Vensim, Anylogic, Excel, Power BI. No coding.
